This End User License Agreement (Agreement or EULA) is between the end user and PassGeeker Inc., the developer of software to be licensed to end user after purchase.
Notice: By installing PassGeeker software, you are agreed to be bound by the following terms and conditions of this agreement.
Installation
All PassGeeker products offer a free-trial copy to let the end user test the software before buying a license. And the installation is totally free of charge. The Licensee can be only used on the computer on which the licensed software is installed. This Agreement shall apply to all installations of licensed software.
Activation
PassGeeker software empower built-in technological measures to prevent illegal use. And PassGeeker software may contain enforced technology to limits the ability to install and uninstall the software on a machine to no more than a finite number of times, for a finite number of computers and for a defined period in time designated by the purchased license. All the software are required activation to unlock the full features. If any of such applicable activation procedure(s) is not followed, some of the advanced features are not available in free version. If there has any problem with the license, The end user should contact PassGeeker for additional support.
Grant of License
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, PassGeeker hereby grants the end user the limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to download, install and activate our software on permission granted computer solely for personal and non-commercial use, unless you have purchased a commercial license from PassGeeker. Sharing the license with others, or allowing others to view the contents of this software, is in violation of our policy. You should not make the software publicly available over a local network or Internet unless you already purchased a multi-user license from PassGeeker in advance.
Support
The Licensor, PassGeeker, is obligated by this EULA to provide technical support services relating to the licensed software; Licensee can get free Email support from time to time during the term of this EULA. Email support includes technical assistance for installation, troubleshooting and maintenance.
